1. Our Services

ch9awlek.tn provides custom website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services primarily for small businesses in Tunisia.

2. Pricing and Payments

• Our standard website build fee is 300 TND, which includes the first two months of hosting and support.
• Beginning in month 3, a monthly subscription of 100 TND applies for continued hosting, security, and minor content updates.
• Prepay discounts (6-month and annual) are available and apply to the subscription period (month 3 onwards).

3. Referral Program

We offer a 60 TND commission for referring new clients. This commission is only paid out after the referred client has paid their initial build fee and reached their first paid month (month 3 of their contract).

4. Content and Ownership

You must own or have the right to use any text, images, or logos you provide to us for your website. Once your site is fully paid for, you own the finished website and its content.
